We suggest you to book a hotel as early as possible, because October is the busy season in Sendai and because early bird price may be available at some hotels.
If your first priority in choosing hotel is its location being within 10 min. walking distance from the conference venue, we would recommend you to book either of the two hotels given below.

If you do not mind 20 min. walk, there are many options. You can choose a hotel with either of reasonable price and luxury among many hotels distributed in the city center area.
